Architecture Matters serves as a platform for design discussions among event attendees. Themed presentations by guest presenters provide the needed prompts for these discussions, allowing for an exchange of ideas, conversations, and chance to connect with fellow design professionals.
Join hosts Mark Roddy, Elizabeth Hawks McBride, and Sugra Panvelwala for an evening of discussion centered around the idea of Rethinking Shelter: Designing for All in Unconventional Housing.
Housing costs, environmental stewardship, and effective use of valuable resources has led to the development of various housing prototypes that provide an alternative to the traditional single-family home. Guest presenters for this event will include Stantec’s Brian Crilly and sparkSTUDIO’s Yevgenia Watts. Their presentations will be followed by an open discussion.
