About this event:
This session shares practical reflections from a project management perspective on supporting the delivery of health infrastructure in Singapore and New Zealand. It touches on the day-to-day challenges of aligning clinical needs with design decisions, managing diverse stakeholder expectations while navigating the complexities of programme delivery. This session also reflects on the evolving role of the project manger as a strategic partner in shaping health outcomes through better models of care.
About the Presenter:
Anuja Karve is a Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, currently supporting the delivery of health projects as part of Te Whatu Ora’s capital works programme.
She brings over eight years of experience from Singapore’s public health sector, where she contributed to a range of hospital and community health projects across various stages, including Woodlands Health Campus, Yishun Health Campus, and Sembawang Polyclinic.
Anuja’s dual perspective as an architect and Project Manager allows her to bridge design and delivery. She’s passionate about purpose-driven work and takes pride in supporting projects that improve outcomes for patients, staff, and the wider community.
