Capture the Seasons through Drying
Event description
Dried flowers and leaves offer a unique, hands-on way to connect with the changing seasons and preserve the beauty of your favourite plants. Drying plant material is straightforward and easy. We select fresh, high-quality blooms or leaves, remove excess foliage, and either hang them upside down in a dry, airy spot or press them between the pages of a heavy book with absorbent paper.
This is a great way to extend the life of your garden’s treasures. By experimenting with different flowers, seedheads, and grasses in our Permabee gardens, you can create a diverse collection that reflects the natural rhythms of our changing seasons.
