🌀 Come & Try Circle Dancing! 💃
Are you over 50 and looking for a joyful way to move, connect, and feel uplifted? 🌟
Bring your happy feet and discover the rhythm and flow of Circle Dancing – a beautiful blend of movement and music from around the world! 🌍🎶
🩰 No dance experience needed – all dances are taught step by step each week
🌺 Includes a mix of new and repeated dances from the Worldwide Circle Dancing Network
💃 Gentle to moderately vigorous activity to suit a variety of fitness levels
🧍♀️ Participants must be able to stand and move unaided and be medically capable of light-moderate exercise
👚 Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for dancing on a wooden floor
💧 Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay refreshed!
👵 U3A is a community organisation for people aged 50+ who are no longer working more than 20 hours a week. All tutors, group leaders and committee members are volunteers – creating a welcoming space for fun and lifelong learning.
