Join us for a Pickleball for Beginners session – the perfect mix of fitness, fun, and friendship! 💖

🧘♀️ It’s low impact, easy on the joints, and great for your overall physical and mental wellbeing
👟 Wear your sneakers and comfy clothes – we provide all the equipment!
🎯 Learn the basics: rules, how to serve, and how to play various shots
🤝 A friendly, social atmosphere – mostly played in doubles!
👩🦳 U3A is a volunteer-run community organisation for people 50+ who are no longer working more than 20 hours a week. We offer fun and learning in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
