DIY lacewing hotels
Event description
Are aphids, caterpillars, and other pesky insects invading your plants? Discover how lacewings can be your garden’s best allies! Join us this month to dive into the fascinating world of these delicate, and voracious lace-winged creatures and learn how to create cosey habitats in your garden.
Together we’ll recycle plastic bottles, repurpose cardboard, and decorate our bottles to create a crafty and cosey spot for our best predators to overwinter in the garden.
This fun, family-friendly activity is perfect for all ages—just remember, children must be accompanied by an adult. Join us for a delightful morning of learning and crafting at our Saturday Nature Craft Circle.
