Event description

Are you a parent of a child with disability or delay in New South Wales who wants to feel more confident to navigate your child’s early education through childcare, daycare or preschool?

Supporting Your Child in Early Learning is a practical workshop designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to build strong partnerships and support your child’s inclusion and participation in early childhood education and care (ECEC) settings.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore how to:

  • Recognise the important role you play in your child's early learning journey
  • Build collaborative relationships with ECEC educators and providers
  • Advocate effectively for your child's needs in everyday ways
  • Work with therapists and educators to create an inclusive experience for your child.

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents, share your experiences, and walk away with practical strategies to help your child thrive in their early years.
