Event description

How do you cope when everything feels overwhelming?

Join us for this gentle and honest Virtual MyTime where we talk about the days when emotions run high, energy runs low, and nothing seems to go to plan. With guest speaker and fellow parent Pam Rogers, we’ll discuss what helps, how to ride the waves, find small steadiness, and reimagine self-care as something simple, sustaining, and made for real life.

We’ll explore

  • Practical ways to manage stress and emotional overload

  • What emotional resilience looks like and how to build it over time

  • Self-care that’s doable when time and energy are low

  • How shared experiences and connection can make a real difference

Who this event is for

  • Parents and carers of children aged from birth to 18 years old with disability, developmental delay, autism, rare or genetic conditions, and medical needs.

  • These sessions are just for parents and carers. If you’re a professional, please click here to visit our Professionals page for more information.
