This event will be a Hybrid Event:

  • In-Person Location: Tūranga City Library, Auaha Hīhī / Tūranga - TSB Room in the Central library

  • Online: The Zoom link will be sent out the day before the event. 

About the Event: 

Learn about embedding sustainability into project management planning and delivery, with insights to Green Project Management's sustainability assessment and impact evaluation tool.  Demonstration of a project scenario using the tool to assess project impacts and identify improvement actions. Leave with raised awareness, actionable tools, and strategies to identify and mitigate environmental impacts in projects.

About the Presenters:

Vicki Taylor is a director of Leva Advisory, a project management advisory consultancy specialising in P3M3 assessments, project management governance success and embedding sustainable project management. With over 20 years' of project, programme and PMO experience, including at a senior leadership level, she is well placed to work across an organisation to tailor and embed sustainability practices to produce meaningful outcomes. She is GPM-b certified alongside several project and programme management qualifications.

Kirsty Mahoney is a senior project management consultant with more than 25 years’ experience working in planning, consultation and project management roles across the public and private sector. Kirsty has successfully led and delivered a diverse range of projects, programmes, and business cases in a variety of environments including transportation, environmental management, and stakeholder engagement. She is PMP, IAP2 and GPM-b certified alongside qualifications in environmental resource management and business studies.


This event is open to both PMI members and non-members - everyone is welcome! This is a free event for PMINZ members and there is a small charge for non-members, but space is limited, so be sure to secure your spot by registering.
