Meet our Presenters:

Kathryn Buerger and Heather Stewart

Kathryn E. Buerger graduated from Chase College of Law in 1997. She has concentrated on Elder Law for the past twenty years. Kathryn worked as an attorney with Pro Seniors Inc. for eleven years prior to going into private practice. Areas of practice are Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Medicaid Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and general Elder Law issues.

Heather earned her J.D. from Chase College of Law in 2023, where she served two years as an editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. She is a proud alumna of the Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology. Before becoming an attorney, Heather was a caregiver for people with dementia, which inspired her to dedicate her practice to helping the aging community with care, compassion, and understanding. She focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Formation.
