EVolocity Launch Day - Canterbury 2025
Event description
WHAT IS EVOLOCITY
EVs are fun. They are fast. They are the future.
EVolocity is a hands-on programme where school age teams design, build then race electric vehicles. EVolocity encourages innovation and students experience sustainable engineering, electronics and programming, welding, CAD design and fabrication - while gaining real-world skills of teamwork, project management and communication. Check out our website for more info.
LAUNCH DAY 2025
Launch Days are hosted at the start of each year for EVolocity teams, and anyone wanting to check out what the programme's all about. This year our launch will again be held at the Air Force Museum. This is a school day and we encourage everyone to come along and pick our brains about what is in store for the 2025 programme!
- Meet the EVolocity team and learn how the EVolocity program works
- Learn how to get started designing and building your own electric race vehicle
- Hear from experienced EVolocity teams about their builds
- Get into teams to work through a design activity
Can't stay for the whole time? That's okay! The event is free to attend and you'll be able to chat with our EVolocity team.
Please register to book your place - we look forward to seeing you!
