What's Included?

• Follow coffee's journey through our high-tech feeder and chainvey system, from green beans to your cup.
• Learn about our coffee storage, delve into single origin coffees, and see the entire production process in action.
• Explore our roastery and see how each piece of machinery contributes to creating the perfect brew.
• Visit our cupping rooms, uncover the art of cupping, and learn how these spaces help refine our coffee.

By the end of this tour, you'll have a deeper understanding of our roasting process, the role of each machine and how we craft the perfect cup of coffee.

• Please plan to arrive at least 10-minutes before the session and check in at our host desk.
• All visitors on this tour must stay with their guide at all times and comply with any instructions given during the visit.
• The Grounds reserves the right to amend the tour route or omit areas of the facility for reasons of visitors' safety and well-being or for strategic business reasons.
• This is a walking tour through a working factory, so we strongly recommend that you wear comfortable, closed footwear.
• For health and safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate visitors under the age of 14 years. We ask that visitors aged 14-18 years are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel this tour, please contact The Grounds at your earliest convenience. Cancellations made within 72-hours will be non-refundable.
• Should The Grounds, for reasons beyond its control, need to cancel a booking, an alternative date will be offered where possible. The Grounds cannot accept liability for any loss, financial or otherwise, under such circumstances.
• This experience does not include a table reservation. Please make a booking online if you'd like to dine with us before or after your tour.
