Our Friday Focus sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers.

During this focus session, we will discuss what organisations are doing to setup new hires for success. 

The conversation may drill down into topics such as.

  • What are the most effective ways to set clear expectations for new hires?
  • How are you using technology to accelerate the onboarding process?
  • How do you keep them engaged during the onboarding process?
  • How are you ensuring new hires are aligned with the company goals and vision?

It is our belief that solutions begin with a conversation, so here is your chance to be in the conversation.

We will start the discussion with:

  • What is the most common mistake companies make when onboarding new hires?
  • Share the approach used in your business. (You may wish to share your screen and show us over Zoom)

This event is ideal for People and Culture professionals within our membership and Functional Department Leaders.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close at 5pm the day prior to the event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first -served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
