Facilitator Bio
Mitch Burnie is the founder of Patch to Plate Living, a sustainability-focused initiative based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. With a diverse background that includes work with local climate networks, Randwick City Council, and educational programs at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, Mitch brings extensive experience in community engagement and environmental advocacy. He is deeply committed to empowering individuals to adopt more sustainable lifestyles.
