Come and learn practical, science-backed breathing techniques to reduce stress, increase relaxation & find calm. Join experienced breathwork educator, Kym Burls, for an introduction to breathwork.
Kym Burls | Breathwork Coach
Kym is an experienced breathwork coach, who’s passionate about helping people relax, regulate and reconnect, using their breath. Since 2019, Kym has spent hundreds of hours learning breathwork from the world’s best mentors, and taught 2,000+ people, on three continents, of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, military personnel & medical professionals.

We provide a throw rug, eye pillow, and a meditation mattress for each attendee.Connection & Herbal Tea
There will be time allocated to share your experience (completely optional) at the end of the meditation while we sip a cup of calming herbal tea. By attending this event, you agree that anything shared or discussed will remain confidential and respectfully held within the group of attendees.
What to bring....
Comfy Clothes
Wear loose, comfortable clothes as you will be sitting on the floor and then lying down during the session.Socks
You will be removing your shoes upon arrival. Bring a pair of socks if you prefer to keep your feet warm.
