Whispers of Hope – A Watercolour Journey with Sarah Ellis-Steinborner
Event description
A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members.
This gentle workshop invites participants to explore creativity as a pathway to well-being. Inspired by the artwork’s collection of small, vibrant squares, we will create miniature watercolour reflections—each a window into hope, resilience, and calm.
Through playful washes of colour, mindful mark-making, and simple techniques, participants will craft their own series of “tiny worlds.” Words of encouragement, symbols from nature, and personal whispers of hope can be layered into each piece, creating a patchwork of strength and positivity.
Focus of the Session
Mindful painting: slowing down with brush, water, and colour.
