Sharon Stewart | Founder of Shazzas Happydemic
Sharon Stewart is the Founder of Shazzas Happydemic and is a passionate facilitator who brings energy, creativity and connection into every session she leads.
With a background in Nursing, Laughter Yoga, Wellbeing and Joy-based practices, she creates engaging and inclusive experiences that inspire participation, builds confidence and sparks genuine transformation. Sharon’s facilitation style is playful yet purposeful, making people feel comfortable, seen and empowered to explore new possibilities together.
Sharon brings a caring and supportive approach to her fun and interactive workshops.
Drawing on her vast nursing experience and passion for wellbeing, she creates safe spaces where people can relax, connect and explore creativity.
Her workshops blend mindfulness, storytelling and playfulness, leaving people feeling lighter, inspired and uplifted.

There will be time allocated to share your experience (completely optional) at the end of the meditation while we sip a cup of tea. By attending this event, you agree that anything shared or discussed will remain confidential and respectfully held within the group of attendees.
