This session provides project management leaders a succinct yet comprehensive overview of what it means to adopt Lean and continuous improvement in their organisation, covering:
• Clarifying the difference between Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, why an organisation would invest in either approach, what that investment entails, and the rewards and impact we’ve seen.
• The four essential steps that drive significant performance improvements in operations and processes, and the principles that support those steps.
• Defining the leader’s role in Lean and continuous improvement, and the behaviours and team culture that support its successful adoption.
• The role and application of current state AI for improvements
About the Presenter: Darcy Mellsop
Darcy is a leader in supporting teams to properly adopt Lean and continuous improvement practices to unleash significant productivity and efficiency gains.
