About this event:

This session provides project management leaders a succinct yet comprehensive overview of what it means to adopt Lean and continuous improvement in their organisation, covering:
• Clarifying the difference between Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, why an organisation would invest in either approach, what that investment entails, and the rewards and impact we’ve seen.
• The four essential steps that drive significant performance improvements in operations and processes, and the principles that support those steps.
• Defining the leader’s role in Lean and continuous improvement, and the behaviours and team culture that support its successful adoption.
• The role and application of current state AI for improvements

About the Presenter: Darcy Mellsop


Darcy is a leader in supporting teams to properly adopt Lean and continuous improvement practices to unleash significant productivity and efficiency gains. As the author of Unleashing the Improvement Mindset, he works with organisations to simplify and energise their approach to Lean and continuous improvement, supporting leaders and teams to gain quick wins and create lasting change through embedding a mindset and culture shift.
