Event description

About this event: This is an In Person Event taking place in Auckland

In today’s fast-paced and interconnected professional world, we are often stretched beyond our comfort zones, cultural norms, and professional boundaries. To truly thrive, we must learn to build bridges across different realities, embrace diversity, and remain open to lifelong learning.

Join us for this engaging 90-minute workshop, where we’ll explore meaningful conversations and reflections on:

· how to build successful collaborations with individuals and organisations from different sectors,

· how to connect and work with people from different cultures and

· how to embrace the differences that we and others bring to the professional world.

As part of the session, Sandra Mandic will also share insights from her rich intercontinental and cross-cultural journey — spanning nine cities, five countries, and three continents. With experiences in learning multiple languages and navigating shifts across professions, Sandra brings a wealth of personal stories and lessons on adaptability, connection, and growth.

Discount on Compass Guide books for workshop participants: Compass Guide books written by Dr Sandra Mandic, PhD, PMP have been designed to help teams and individuals navigate the research process, successfully plan and manage their research projects and deliver high quality research reports and presentations.
