Keen to learn more about Australia’s most threatened beach-nesting bird, the Hooded Plover? Come along and learn how to interpret their quirky behaviours and why it is important for the local community to get involved in their protection.

We will begin with a beach visit to have a look at Hooded Plovers, then head indoors to the Marion Bay Community Centre for a presentation to learn more about Hoodies and how the Marna Banggara project and Birdlife Australia are working together for this species.
