This fun and practical session will guide you through the basics of personal styling — from understanding what colours suit you best, to building a wardrobe that works for your lifestyle and budget.
It's perfect for people who want to feel more confident — whether you’re job hunting, re-entering the workforce, or just want to feel good in your everyday clothes.
Personal Styler Julie Wightman will cover:
An introduction to personal style
What it means to “have your colours done” – and why it matters
The power of styling – how the right choices can boost confidence
Tips to spark your own sense of style
Smart shopping – how to spend well, budget wisely, shop sustainably, and find the best local spots
There will be time for live demos – a chance for a few volunteers to get quick feedback and advice. After enjoying a delicious morning tea, participants will be invited to engage in a hands-on activity where they can create their own style & colour mood board.
