Overview / What We’ll Cover
Modern work is fast, full, and often fragmented. Constant notifications, competing priorities, and the pressure to multitask can leave us feeling scattered and reactive.
Through short exercises, we bring mindfulness into your workday — supporting focus, flexible attention, communication, and everyday transitions. We also explore multitasking versus single-tasking as a way of understanding attention in modern work, with simple practices woven throughout the workshop to support more intentional and focused work.

mindingu Wellbeing at Work Talk Series
Part of our mindingu Wellbeing at Work Talk Series, this talk is one of 12 standalone sessions designed to help participants develop practical skills for wellbeing and resilience. Every talk is self-contained, giving you actionable strategies you can use right away.
For those who explore multiple sessions, the talks progressively build on each other, helping participants develop a deeper, more integrated set of skills that support wellbeing and resilience over time.
Each session is interactive and practical, combining key ideas with activities such as reflection, partner discussions, experiential exercises, and brief mindfulness or ACT-based practices, all grounded in real workplace examples. Participants also receive handouts and, where relevant, audio resources to support continued practice.
