Nature & Forest Bathing with Kondalilla Falls and Picnic Creek
Event description
Experience your deepened nature connection with forest bathing through the rainforest and bushland alongside Kondalilla Falls and Picnic Creek.
Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities to support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside and explore or deepen your own relationship with nature. We'll wander, share, sit and get to know the beings that call this place home in a group of up to 12.

About the trail
We'll meet at the Kondalilla Falls / Picnic Creek National Park trailhead and journey together to the falls. We'll be surrounded by lush rainforest, freshwater streams, ferns and moss and come out to mountain bush woodland and spectacular views.
It's a trail with some ups and downs, including stairs. You'll need a moderate fitness level to walk about 5km over the four hours. There is a public toilet at the trailhead picnic area.
Kondalilla National Park (Picnic Creek entrance) is about 1 hour and 40 minutes drive north from Brisbane and 35 minute drive west from Maroochydore.
