Your nervous system is designed to co-regulate - to literally sync up with others for mutual safety and calm. This happens unconsciously through breathing, heart rate, facial expressions, and posture.
Through hands-on boundary exercises and partner work, you'll explore what it's like to feel and sense your boundaries somatically, experience what it's like to have a boundary respected and notice it in your own body, and practice co-regulation exercises that help you stay centered while remaining connected.
