Non-Profit Application - Apple Pie Crafts Fair 2026

Applications for Booth spaces for FOOD VENDORS for the 2026 Fair will open March 4th at 9:00am  

New Application Process for 2026!

This year’s vendors will FIRST submit an application during a 48-hour window on March 4th/5th, and then will complete their registration and payment after their application has been reviewed and accepted by the selection committee. 

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR Non-Profits ONLY.  *Priority will be given to non-profits in the Newport area, or that serve the Newport community.

**PLEASE NOTE:  We are taking applications BEFORE we take payments for registration.

If your application is accepted, the fee for Non-Profit Registration will be $60.

Please complete the application here, and the selection committee will review.  If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration/payment for the Fair.

The Apple Pie Crafts Fair is an annual event sponsored by the Library Arts Center. Booth fees help to raise much-needed funds for exhibits, classes, and programs.

The Apple Pie Crafts Fair attracts 3000+ people to Newport from a range of surrounding communities. 

This iconic Fair features an apple pie contest & sale, live music throughout the day, and food vendors. It is open to both amateur and professional artists and craftspeople.

Space fees are non-refundable after August 1st.

No vendor is accepted for booth space until payment is received in full. 

No booths will be booked on the morning of the fair.  

You will be assigned a specific booth space.  A map of booth locations will be posted at the bandstand on the common the evening before the fair, and also on our website www.libraryartscenter.org.  For additional information, please see libraryartscenter.org or call the Library Arts Center at 603-863-3040. 

All vendors MUST move their vehicles from around the common after unloading in order to make room for customers to park.
