Welcome to RESET!

RESET is a Wellbeing Framework with specific body-breath-mind strategies and sequences proven to support whole-health: physical, mental-emotional, and social wellbeing.

RESET Programs offer trauma-informed classes, workshops, and trainings for self-care, self-awareness, self-regulation, and essential life-skills needed for communities to thrive.

RESET Intro is a fun introductory workshop which explores RESET foundations with simple body-breath-mind strategies suitable for everyone to learn and share.

If you are an advocate for wellbeing and wish to expand your body-breath-mind toolkit, this workshop is for you!

  •  BYO yoga mat or large towel. 

  • Suitable for adults and youth 10+ years
