Class Overview 

In this class, we’ll explore the vibrant world of curry — from classic spices to modern fusion twists. You’ll learn how to build depth of flavor, balance heat and aromatics, and master essential curry techniques. Use this handout as your guide for today’s recipes and as a reference for your own kitchen adventures. 

 

This class is perfect for people having a cozy night in, having a small get together, or people wanting to broaden their knowledge on soups and sauces. 

 

 What Students Will Learn
