Join expert ecologist Clancy Fraser for a guided pollinator walk at the green little library, eastern end of Bird Lane, Glen Huntly, VIC 3163.

Discover the fascinating world of pollinators as you explore local plants and learn about their vital role in our ecosystem. Clancy will share practical tips and scientific insights to help you identify different pollinators and understand their behaviours. You’ll also learn how to use the citizen science app iNaturalist to record your observations, contributing to the Great Southern Bioblitz 2025.
Whether you’re a nature enthusiast or simply curious, this walk offers a unique chance to connect with nature and support local biodiversity efforts.
After the event, participants are welcome to join Lenway's busy bee from 2 pm to 4 pm.
What to Bring:
A smartphone or tablet with the iNaturalist app installed (we’ll help you get started!)
Hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle
Comfortable shoes for walking outdoors
A small hand tool (if possible)
