Postpartum & Baby Wellbeing: A Collaborative Session with Papaya Clinic
Description
Postpartum & Baby Wellbeing: A Collaborative Session with Papaya Clinic
The early months of motherhood can bring questions about your recovery, nutrition and your baby’s wellbeing. With so many areas of health connected, it can be helpful to hear from practitioners who work together to support the whole family.
Join a women’s health physiotherapist, nutritionist and paediatric acupuncturist from Papaya Clinic for a relaxed, practical session exploring postpartum and infant wellbeing from three complementary perspectives.
The session will explore:
Supporting pelvic-floor, core and physical recovery after birth
Caring for your body while feeding, carrying and settling your baby
Practical nutrition for postpartum recovery, energy and maternal wellbeing
Infant nutrition and common feeding-related questions
Gentle, non-insertive Japanese paediatric acupuncture and how it may support babies and young children
How different practitioners can collaborate to provide coordinated care
When individual assessment or additional support may be helpful
Time to ask the Papaya Clinic team your questions
This is a supportive and educational session designed to provide practical information and help mums better understand the different types of care available during the postnatal period. Information shared is general and does not replace individual medical or allied-health advice.
