Preventing Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying for Boards

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide directors with insights into their specific legal obligations and responsibilities in addressing and preventing bullying, discrimination, and harassment across their organisation. 

It will address the board’s duty to establish policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to effectively address these issues. This course also discusses the importance of confidentiality and impartiality in handling complaints and provides strategies for the Board in educating and empowering employees to create a safe and supportive work environment.
