Event description

Whistleblowing Fundamentals for Management

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide managers with an overview of the whistleblowing laws and the rights and responsibilities of whistleblowers and personal liability of those who receive whistleblowing disclosures. It will support managers in developing the skills to identify potential whistleblowing concerns or situations that warrant further investigation. The course provides practical examples of how to recognise, handle and respond to whistleblowing disclosures. Through this training, managers will be better prepared to handle whistleblower reports, protect whistleblowers from retaliation, and foster an ethical and transparent work culture within their organisation.
