Preventing Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying for Managers

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide managers with an overview of the laws and regulations related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and bullying in the workplace. Managers will learn about their legal obligations as managers and the potential legal consequences of non-compliance. It provides examples of strategies for managers to foster a safe and inclusive work environment and supports managers in understanding how to respond to incidents and prevent and address unacceptable behaviour.
