Join food waste expert Fi Smith for this 10-minute drop-in session (we did say 'quick!'), come along anytime between 10am-noon. Select your vegetables from some of the undersold or over supplied produce we've rescued from the Queen Victoria Market. Select some spices, add your brine, and make your own jar of quick pickles to take home or offer them as a thoughtful homemade gift this festive season!
