Event description

Join us in celebrating Women’s Suffrage with the unveiling of the latest iteration of our Corban Heritage Wall, honouring the spirit and resilience of the Corban women, the quiet yet powerful force behind the rise of the historic Corban Estate Winery.

At this special event, Sharon Alexander, great-granddaughter of matriarch Najibie Corban, will share timeless family anecdotes passed down through generations. She will also highlight the inspirational story of her mother, Miriam Corban, a recipient of the New Zealand Suffrage Centennial Medal in 1993.

To conclude the event, we will serve light refreshments and offer a Camellia flower-making activity in honour of Suffrage Day.

Guests will also enjoy a special 10% discount on purchases from the Gallery Shop during the event.

We look forward to your presence at this meaningful celebration.
