Do your small appliances need a second chance?
From toasters that won’t toast to lamps that have lost their spark, The Bower's facilitators are here to help diagnose faults, offer simple repairs, or guide you through fixing it yourself. Learn how to safely troubleshoot and restore your everyday electricals—keeping them out of landfill and back in use.
Book into a 30 min session to have your small appliance assessed, if fixable it will be repaired on the spot or quoted/ advised if needs more work.
Where: The Bower Electrical Repair Shop (on the left in the middle building as you enter the Inner west Sustainability Hub from Prospect Rd). Look for our signage.
Accessibility: If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully please let us know. The site is accessible via paved pathways with a slight slope from street to buildings.
Who: This workshop is provided free to residents of the Inner West local government area. This service is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council. As numbers are limited, the service is only available to residents of Inner West Council area. Search by address at Find Your Local Council - Office of Local Government NSW website to find your local government area, if you're unsure. Proof of residential address will be required.
