Repair Day- Sewing Machine Service

Bring your sewing machine to the best in the business, Brian Thomas 'Mr Sewing AU' will take a look at your sewing machine and give it the service it needs from an oil and clean to identifying any faults. Quotes will be given if any parts or major work is required. Brian has been employed in the sewing machine business since 1970! Covering sales and service of most brands of machine.  Since 2020 Brian has been Sydney based repairing machines for a range of stores including the Selvedge Society and Lincraft, so your machine will be in good hands.

Where: RePlace (towards the middle of the site on the right as you enter the Inner West Sustainability Hub from Prospect Rd). Look for our signage. 

Accessibility: If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully please let us know. The site is accessible via paved pathways with a slight slope from street to buildings.

Who: This service is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council and is provided free to residents of the Inner West local government area. As numbers are limited, the service is only available to residents of Inner West Council area. Search by address at Find Your Local Council - Office of Local Government NSW website to find your local government area, if you're unsure. Proof of residential address will be required.
