Colin Honey is a 40 year Rotarian having been a member of Perth and Cambridge. He is a current member of Rotary Melbourne.
Colin's career in ethics included 22 years in Perth, Master of University college, Director Centre for Applied Ethics.
He has been a regular broadcaster and public speaker teaching courses in professional ethics to medical students, lawyers, dentists, police, bankers, architects, accountants, politicians, nurses, et al. at universities in Melbourne, Perth, Cambridge and Harvard.
A Producer of Current Affairs television with Crawford Productions in 1960s he has conducted government enquiries in Perth and served on Parole Board, Legal Practice Board, Reproductive Technology committee, National Bioethics Consultative Committee, Health Department research ethics committee (and others).
Colin served as minister of Methodist and Uniting Churches and a visiting fellow several times at Hastings Center for applied ethics in New York.
Colin will test and probe the way we consider respect.
