Seniors Celebration Wildflower Walk
Event description
Ranger Dan will lead a wildflower walk around the high conservation value Castle Creek Conservation Reserve. Learn about the many important environmental values of this wildlife refuge whilst appreciating the wildflowers that may be on show at the time.
This is a medium-grade uphill slow walk on uneven ground along an unformed track that can be rocky in places.
When: 9 am - 11 am.
Where: Meet at the reserve entrance off Castle Creek Rd, Wodonga.
What to bring: Please wear sturdy shoes and don't forget your hat and some water! If you like, bring some binoculars for birdwatching and a camera to capture the wildflowers.
This free event is part of Wodonga's Seniors Celebrations program.
