Bleu Duck Sunday School: Squash 101 & Fall Whites

Class Description  

Prepare entrees and side dishes using varieties of squash, while enjoying paired white wines! 
 

What to Expect  

  • Class Time 2-3 Hours  
  • Talk about a variety of squash and how to use them 
  • Demo ways to cook 
  • Food Guidelines have various food allergens in them. Please let us know ahead of time of any food allergies and we will try our best to accommodate  
  • Cutting Boards, Knives, Aprons, Cooking Pans and Utensils will be provided.
