Description
Summer Flow: Qigong for Wellbeing in Hurtle Square/Tangkaira
Start your day with movement, breath and renewed energy.
Summer Flow is a free series of eight outdoor Qigong sessions in Hurtle Square/Tangkaira, designed to help you feel more energised, mobile, focused and connected through flowing movement, breathwork and mindful awareness.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice that combines movement, breathing and focused attention to cultivate vitality, balance and whole-body awareness. These sessions are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous Qigong experience.
Each class will include gentle but purposeful movement to awaken the body, improve mobility and balance, encourage freer breathing and help you begin the day feeling grounded, refreshed and ready for what comes next.
Movements can be adapted to suit different abilities and levels of mobility, and several chairs will be available for anyone who prefers or needs to practise seated.
