Join chef, author and all-round food legend Tobie Puttock, and resident food saving queen Fi Smith, at the Moving Feast Kitchen in the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market - an innovation space that's all about tackling food waste and food insecurity. They'll teach you how to craft a rich and flavourful chutney, using fruits and veggies that might otherwise go to waste. Learn the basics of preserving produce while adjusting your recipe based on what’s left in your fridge.
