Chris is the Chair of Women 4 STEM, and seeing and being part of DEI excites her because it is so highly aligned to her values - equality, integrity, inclusion and empathy for others. Chris believes that businesses thrive when they fully understand that as a community everyone has diverse needs; individuals flourish in inclusive environments when they are valued, included, and have growth opportunities.
