It has been over a year since the Workplace Gender Equity Agency (WGEA) delivered their report on wage disparity across Australian workplaces. 

We were all expecting great change but have not seen this yet. 

Join us as we dive into the report, what it means, and how you can help your workplace improve its gender equality and create a culture of diversity and belonging.

Chris is the Chair of Women 4 STEM, and seeing and being part of DEI excites her because it is so highly aligned to her values - equality, integrity, inclusion and empathy for others.
