Women in Print - Adelaide Breakfast 2025
Event description
Nourish to Flourish: Women in Print 2025 Breakfast Series
Join us for the 2025 Women in Print Breakfast Series, where we explore multiple facets of Nourish to Flourish; a whole life approach to wellbeing at both work and in our families. Across the country, our speakers will share various insights on physical health, mental health, and the role of happiness and self-care in bringing our best selves out.
Adelaide will feature Brenda Snyman, Mental Health and Wellbeing Therapist and founder of Wildflowers Unite Living Systems Therapy. This fully packed breakfast event offers a unique opportunity for networking, learning, and gaining valuable perspectives.
Brenda’s keynote activity, “Get Back on the Happiness Track – Happiness to Accelerate Success,” explores the relationship between happiness and success.
The common myth about success is that we must sacrifice happiness in the short term to achieve fulfillment in the long run. However, many traditional approaches to success are unsustainable, leading to burnout, isolation, and declining mental and physical health. With stress at an all-time high, balancing success and happiness has never been more challenging. Overextension has become the norm, with many believing that pushing through pain and exhaustion is the only way to succeed. But what if happiness was the key all along?
In this session, we will challenge counterproductive beliefs about success and happiness while walking through six research-backed steps—rooted in happiness, resilience, willpower, creativity, and mindfulness—to help get us back on track.
Expect practical strategies, engaging activities, and plenty of laughter along the way.
