Parenting our children is incredibly rewarding — and incredibly exhausting. You deserve a break! Join us for a dessert and decompress catch up.

This group is facilitated by Kristy
Kristy is the proud parent of Dash, an inquisitive, gentle-hearted, and wonderfully funny 9-year-old. Dash is Autistic, has ADHD, and global developmental delay. Kristy likes to say that Dash "got it from his Mama," as she identifies as AuDHD herself. A passionate advocate for her family, Kristy thrives as a parent peer facilitator, dedicated to sharing her insights, celebrating neurodivergent joy, and connecting with other families on a similar journey.
