Event description

Are you a Central Coast local raising a child with disability, developmental delay, or autism?

Want simple, practical ways to support your child’s regulation, movement and confidence at home?

Join us for a free, info session designed for parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, or autism. Together with Rhiannon an exercise physiologist from Conveniently Active we’ll explore how movement can help build:

  • Sensory regulation skills

  • Gross and fine motor development

  • Balance and coordination

  • Core and trunk stability

You’ll come away with everyday strategies you can use at home and a deeper understanding of how movement supports your child’s growth and wellbeing.
