Event description

In this clay workshop you will design and create a flat seahorse,  You wil work on a stencil/pattern to get your main shape then add lumps and bumps and embelishments to make him your own. Skills required:Coil rolling, and joining - suitable for ages 12 - adult  What to bring: Apron, water bottle. Small hand towel. Clay is a very rewarding medium. Create, shape, smooth, colour and fire - All children under 12 must be accompanied by an Adult
Laney Wing is a potter, teacher and maker who works out of her small, welcoming studio in South Arm. She's been playing with clay for years and still loves getting her hands dirty, whether she's throwing pots, making quirky garden pieces, or creating lanterns that glow.  Laney is all about sharing what she knows, she runs fun, hands on workshops and loves helping people discover the joy of making things.
