Event description

During this session Clare will take you through simple steps to "grow" your own Mandala from a "seed",  tapping into your own creativity even if you have no drawing experience! With pen, paper pattern and design examples, and plenty of guidance you'll  be able to slow down and enjoy what unfolds in front of you. Whether you are seeking relaxation, creative inspiration, or even personal insight this workshop offers a nurturing space for everyone. All materials supplied so just turn up! If this sounds like you then please book your spot as numbers are limited. children under 12 must be accompanied by an Adult
