DESERT DEGUSTATION
For thousands of years, Australia’s Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities have harvested native ingredients (sea creatures, land animals, insects & plants) for both nutritional & medicinal purposes.
This is a taste celebration of our nation from the desert to our backyard to showcase what is freshly, readily & ethically available to you from many places, including & especially directly from nearby Terrey Hills. As the perfect & timely Mother’s day gift experience, you will indulge in a 5 course, culturally crafted menu showcasing bush food grown on the Northern Beaches by a local First Nations social enterprise - www.bushtobowl.com. Guests are also invited to take full advantage of informally engaging our co-host with dinner table conversation about what, where, how & why native produce can enhance our community & our earth both locally & globally.
Also sip & savour further flavours of Australia, compliments of Seadrift Distillery - the home of global, medal winning alcohol free spirits.
