This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course provides a clear overview of governance, including its purpose, principles and key components. It will help Directors understand the importance of good governance in achieving their organisation’s objectives and maximising it's impact. It will also highlight best practices and provide practical guidance on how Directors can apply governance best practice in their organisation.
