This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide Directors with an understanding of their responsibilities for managing risk and highlights why effective risk oversight and governance is critical to ensuring the overall success, stability, and long-term sustainability of any organisation. It provides an overview of the knowledge and skills directors need to effectively oversee and govern their organisation’s risk management activities. This course also discusses effective risk oversight practices including establishing reporting mechanisms and monitoring key risk indicators.
